How to Request a Home Visit

Weekdays: if possible, please make your request as early in the day as possible, ideally before 10.30am. Requests later in the day should only be for urgent calls.

Please do not ask for a visit if you are well enough to attend or be brought to the surgery (limited emergency car parking is available). If in doubt ask to speak to a doctor or nurse.
