Move to Accurx from eConsult online request form

 

From 9th September the practice will move from using eConsult to Accurx as our online request provider.  All submitted requests will be dealt with in the same way as previously, but the form for patients to complete will look a little different.

Why the change?
Accurx offers a more user-friendly experience, making it easier for patients to contact the practice, request appointments, manage prescriptions, and get clinical advice. It also helps our team respond faster and more efficiently.
