Oxford University Fitness to Study
Students returning from medical suspension
Students returning from medical suspension will need to make an appointment with the College Doctor surgery (Beaumont Elms GP) (ideally the GP who you saw prior to your suspension), well in advance of the deadlines provided to you by your college or department, such that, informed by supporting evidence from clinicians* who have been involved in your care during your medical suspension the College Doctors can confirm if you are well enough to return to studies. You will need to be registered (or have previously been registered) with the college doctor for them to assist with this. Please contact them directly for advice regarding registration.
*Any supporting evidence from clinicians who have been involved in your care during your medical suspension should be sent to the practice via the secure document upload form prior to your appointment with the College Doctor.
