Moodgym
Moodgym is an interactive program designed to help you:
- Identify whether you are having problems with emotions like anxiety and depression.
- Learn skills that can help you cope with these emotions.
Moodgym is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy, which have been shown to be successful in preventing and treating depression and anxiety.
Be Mindful

The Be Mindful program is a standalone intervention or works in conjunction with existing treatments to help reduce the need for medication and face-to-face appointments.

Calmharm
Calm Harm is an award-winning app funded by the teenage mental health charity stem4, to help manage the urge to self-harm. It was developed by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Nihara Krause MBE, in collaboration with young people and uses principles from an evidence-based psychological treatment called Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
